L+A’s fall engagement in Paris, Ontario makes me miss the autumn colours! What a romantic little town, made even more magical at dusk, with all the downtown lights twinkling in the background. ✨ Here are a few of my favourite shots from this sunset session! Let me know what you think!
PS- If you’re interested in a fall engagement session, it’s always best too book early (about 6 months in advance), as October is always my busiest month of the year! 🍂
L and A’s session started in a park full of fall colour, with red and orange maples, fallen leaves underfoot and a fluffy white pup who joined us for the first few photos. She wore a cream sweater with a burgundy leather skirt and he wore a soft cream knit, cozy layers that looked beautiful against all that colour.
We found a park bench under the maples for a few quiet moments, then wandered into the tall grass at the edge of the park, where he lifted her up and spun her around more than once. As the sun dropped lower, the light turned warm and golden behind them, and those are some of my favourite photos from the evening.
We finished on the bridge over the Grand River in the middle of town. The white stone railings, the historic buildings along the water and the old clock tower made such a romantic backdrop. As dusk settled in and the downtown lights began to glow, we took a few last portraits leaning on the railing with the whole town behind them.
