This classy couple tied the knot at Whistle Bear Golf Club in Cambridge, and it couldn’t have been more beautiful. It was hard to choose which photos to post because every part of their wedding was picture-perfect!

Getting ready
The morning was full of the sweetest details: blush strappy heels, pearl jewellery, the invitation, and a sequined “Wifey” clutch holding the rings. The bridesmaids wore royal blue, and seeing those gowns hanging beside the wedding dress in an arched window is still one of my favourite frames from the day.
The two of them exchanged letters before the ceremony, and watching each of them read the other’s words was so special. The groom got ready in a navy tuxedo and a black bow tie, with personalized copper flasks for each of his groomsmen. And the bride had a gift of her own: an Ontario licence plate reading “MRS ILIC”.
A ceremony under the chandeliers
The ceremony was held indoors at Whistle Bear Golf Club, under the chandeliers, with the bride’s father walking her down the aisle. When it was over, they threw their arms up in celebration, and the whole room cheered with them.
Portraits around the club
Whistle Bear gives you so much variety in one place. We started with a vintage black Mercedes on the club drive, then the wedding party arrived on the course by golf cart for photos on the green, the bridesmaids in royal blue and the groomsmen in grey. We found quiet moments under the evergreens and by a wooden arbour, then headed inside, where the vaulted pavilion ceiling, the stone fireplace and the clubhouse lounge made for warm, elegant portraits.

- Plan for indoor and outdoor portraits. The course and the clubhouse are both beautiful, so I’ll build time for each into your timeline.
- Bring the personal touches. Letters, gifts and small details like these make your gallery feel like you.
- Ask about a golf cart. It’s the easiest way to reach the best spots on the course, and it makes for fun photos too.
